ERIC METZ | PRINCIPAL

Eric Metz received his BA from University of California at Santa Cruz and Master's Degrees in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He began his career in California at Urban One, a real estate consulting and development company, working his way up to Partner. He then relocated to Florida as Vice President of Development for Concord Wilshire Real Estate Group to manage large-scale entitlement and development efforts. As a Principal of EMM Real Estate Group, he worked as both Principal Developer / Investor on fee-for service assignments and Consultant. Branching out as MREG, Metz continues to work as Principal Developer while leveraging his experience working on complex, challenging and nuanced projects to provide service as a Consultant and Owner's Representative.
